Where is the JU Help section?

I love JU...but Im getting frustrated with something and dont know who to ask or where to get the info I need because there is no help area, at least that I can find, on JU.

While signed in...I cant reply to posts. Whenever I reply to a post, it is when I type in, in the anonymous box. While signed in, I never have the option of adding a comment.

Does anyone else have this happen to them?

As far as I can tell there is no official help section, which is a shame but we can hope that that will change at some point. In the mean time you can ask like you are. But your problem... It almost sounds to me like your not accepting the cookie that keeps track of if your logged in or not. If you don't know for a fact that you are, that's what I'd check first. If that didn't help, well sometimes your logged in but not logged in and need to log off and then back on. That doesn't sound like what's happening to you, but it would be my second guess. Hopefully that will help somewhat...

I've had the same frustrations also. I've had posts and even a whole article seem to disappear, and many of us have had "anonamous users" using our SNs. Danny made a good point about just doing what you did (ask in an article), but I've noticed that all too often, when people do this, they end up with guesses (educated or otherwise) from other bloggers, but little from anyone who runs JU.

I've been so frustrated, there have been a few times that I was ready to just delete all my articles and leave a fond, "So Long and Thanks for All the Fish" (especially when it hijaching of SNs seemed to be allowed by JU with no regard for what what being said in our names. However, I do like it here and so I stay. Besides, from looking around at a lot of other blog sites, this one still seems the most user friendly (even without a "help" section).
